About our included services and procedures

Breakfast

Our rich buffet breakfast is open every day from 7:30 am – 10:00 am (on Saturdays already from 7:00 am). Please note that we can’t give a discount on breakfast that wasn’t consumed.

For allergy sufferers:  Of course, we will consider food allergies. Please inform us about any special needs, preferably already before your arrival.

 

Check in & Check out

Basically, a flexible arrival is possible. Your room or apartment is available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. In the case of a late arrival after 6:00 pm, please inform us by telephone (+43 5444 5630 or +43 664 45 55 616).

On the day of departure, your room or apartment and parking space have to be vacated until 10:00 am.

 

Parking

We provide free parking (outdoor parking) for our guests directly at the hotel (1 car per room). Even in winter, our hotel is easily accessible by car.

 

Payment

Please note that we do not accept debit cards or credit cards. We can only accept payment in cash and in euros. An ATM is in the village centre and therefore within walking distance.

For organisational reasons, we would like to ask you to settle your bill already on the day before your departure.

 

Deposit

We request a deposit for binding reservations (the respective amount will be announced when booking). The payment of the deposit has to be transferred to our account within 7 days after booking and free of charge to the receiver (if necessary, any additional fees will be charged to you). In the event of cancellation, we have to charge the entire deposit as cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding!

Cancellation conditions

Cancellations are only accepted in written form!

The Austrian Standard Hotel Contract Conditions apply.

In the case of cancellations:

  • 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival 40%
  • 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival 70%
  • 1 week prior to arrival 90%
  • No-Show 100%

In case of late arrival or early departure, we have to charge the full price of your room / apartment according to the booked arrangement.

If you arrive with less people than originally booked, your still have to pay the entire price of your room / apartment according to the booked arrangement.

 

Please note:

- We do not allow pets in the Val Sinestra.

- Furthermore, smoking is not permitted in any of our rooms and apartments. Of course, you can enjoy your cigarette on the balcony.
